MGLE, MDS2, and PNEFS

It is often ordered along with binding, blocking and modulating antibodies. 

MGLE- Includes binding, VGCC and will reflex modulating or Musk. (most often Musk)

Modulating cannot be ordered as a standalone to Mayo but can be ordered Misc to CPL. (5071 Acetylcholine Modulating Ab)

Blocking is not available at Mayo but can be ordered as Misc to CPL.(5068 Acetylcholine Blocking Ab)
