Collection Instructions:

Draw 1 full, pink-top (K2 EDTA) tubes and send to the lab.

Hospital patients-include blood bank wristband number on specimen.

Out patient- If blood products may be ordered, label specimen with blood bank wristband number and place wristband on patient's writst.
