Collection Instructions:
Patient Preparation: To avoid false negative results, no antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, or a bismuth preparation should be administered to patient for 14 days prior to specimen collection.
Transfer 5g(1g) stool to an unpreserved stool transport vial and Freeze.
Unacceptable Conditions: Gastric specimens, swabs or tissue. Specimens in media or preservatives.
